We supply, install, and support world-class sports technology systems to government bodies, educational institutions, and private organizations across India.

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. All product descriptions, prices, and availability listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Quotations provided by our team are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Purchase Order or written confirmation from an authorized KridaShastra representative.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on product availability, import clearances, and logistics conditions. KridaShastra will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines. Installation services, where included, will be scheduled mutually. Any site preparation requirements (power, space, flooring) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, details of which will be shared at the time of purchase. Returns of equipment are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting photographs. Custom-configured or imported equipment cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Software licenses, once activated, are non-refundable.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of KridaShastra or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from KridaShastra.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KridaShastra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or injury resulting from misuse of equipment. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

KridaShastra reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
